thank you for giving me an opportunity to point the way to
Most people want an agent
who is demonstrably successful, but not one who is too
busy to take care of their business and their persons.
On the first point, I am a member of Coldwell Banker's
Presidents Elite (top 1%) and have been for a number of
years, and am a dominant agent in my territory. To the
second point, I have a partner, BUT I remain personally
and directly responsible to you. My personal (husband)
and professional partner is Tom McGibeny, who manages
our escrow files, shows property to buyers (because he
is an extraordinary listener and people person), and
administers our business. AND I promise not to be a
phantom agent. We believe it is our primary
responsibility to do whatever it takes to offer you the
greatest possibilities, to make you feel safe and taken
care of, and to move your transaction to success as
soundly and safely and swiftly as possible. Our business
is about IDEAS AT WORK!

YOUR REALTOR MUST EXCEL AT....
WHY GINNY OLLIS AND COLDWELL BANKER?
WHICH AGENT YOU WORK WITH?
Respect for your time, familiarity with the inventory and
properties not yet on the market, advanced negotiating
skills, attention to details and your rights and
opportunities as a buyer or seller, continued service after
the transaction closes.
WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT TO YOU DETERMINES
Integrity - The agent you choose represents you in
all negotiations, and you share a mutual legal responsibility
for the actions and representations of each other.
Excellence - The agent you choose provides your perspective,
oversees the big picture, weighs alternatives, judges market
movements and counsels you, provides resources you rely on,
maneuvers and negotiates for you, executes your directions
with professional knowledge and skill, serves as an intermediary,
and presents your best face to the public.
Thinking of Real Estate as a career?
It’s more than sales. It’s listening to the stories and needs
of the client and bringing a mature and objective
understanding to resolving their objectives. It’s being a
guide to the most central, architecturally and socially
distinctive neighborhoods of America’s Finest City. It’s
listening to the business and issues that affect both the
community and the market and using that information to inform
wise decisions. It’s remembering that you work under scrutiny
and with enormous responsibility for your clients, colleagues
and community, and holding that trust with highest integrity
and commitment. And it’s having a finger on the pulse of so
much, knowing that what and how you do makes a difference in
reality. I hear people say they would like to be a real estate
salesman to take advantage of the freedom and big bucks. It’s
like arguing politics or religion, so I don’t say a word.
