Most people want an agent who is demonstrably successful, but not one who is too busy to take care of their business and their persons. On the first point, I am a member of Coldwell Banker's Presidents Elite (top 1%) and have been for a number of years, and am a dominant agent in my territory. To the second point, I have a partner, BUT I remain personally and directly responsible to you. My personal (husband) and professional partner is Tom McGibeny, who manages our escrow files, shows property to buyers (because he is an extraordinary listener and people person), and administers our business. AND I promise not to be a phantom agent. We believe it is our primary responsibility to do whatever it takes to offer you the greatest possibilities, to make you feel safe and taken care of, and to move your transaction to success as soundly and safely and swiftly as possible. MAUREEN TESS-FIEBERG--Maureen entered into Real Estate in 1996.  Named Rookie of the Year with Coldwell Banker in the first year of business.  In 1998 she and partner Stephen Clark started Clark Tess Properties a Downtown boutique Residential Brokerage with two locations in the Downtown San Diego market. The knowledge and expertise of this area was exactly what Coldwell Banker were looking for in 2005 when they acquired Clark Tess Properties. Now an anchor in the Downtown Coldwell Banker office her passion is helping clients find their dream residence.


Maureen’s priority has always been to offer her clients the highest level of service, market knowledge and integrity. From first time home buyers to CEOs to some of the city's finest builders, her client base is as diverse as the properties she represents. She has extensive experience in the Metro San Diego condo, townhouse, single-family home, and new construction markets. she specializes in the city's Metro areas including Downtown San Diego, Mission Hills,  Hillcrest, University Heights, North Park, South Park, and  Kensington. 


Background

Prior to her career in real esate, Maureen worked in several corporate capacities in health care accounting in Washington DC.  This  expertise in accounting has proven very helpful for her career in real estate.  She enjoys cooking, Yoga, and  activities with her husband  John Fieberg and seven year old daughter Claire.

 


 

ANTOINETTE EMBRY--Antoinette is a native San Diegan and grew up in a family of real estate professionals—real estate is literally in her blood. Following in her parent’s footsteps, she began her own career as a Realtor in 2001 and was named Agent of the Year with Coldwell Banker in 2002. With the support of a devoted client base and their referrals, she reached the International President’s Circle shortly thereafter and was awarded membership into Coldwell Banker’s prestigious International Diamond Society.

Specializing in San Diego’s desirable Metro neighborhoods, Antoinette represents clients in Mission Hills, Hillcrest, University Heights, North Park, South Park, Normal Heights, Talmadge, Kensington, Rolando, and the College area. She is passionate about the fine architecture and rich craftsmanship that is the legacy of these unique, historic neighborhoods. As a native, she also enjoys representing buyers and sellers in all surrounding neighborhoods and counties.

Antoinette’s real estate practice is founded on the core principles of integrity, accountability, and unsurpassed personal service.
